Add options for player character AC and HP

Hi! I've been using the app and while I love what I'm seeing, I'm missing an option to add the AC and the HP of my party's PCs, which are probably the stats I need to reference the most (together with passive perception). I would love if this were added and integrated into the encounter manager (so it's displayed in a big font like with the monsters).

Thanks for this app btw, I'll use it in tomorrow's session and I'm pretty sure it will help me a lot!
