Dashboard navigation bar not working

The dashboard navigation bar (at the top) is currently not working as one could expect:

• when selecting a Wikipedia Categories for instance (see bellow), closing the selection has no effect/no refresh
  

• when selecting a substructure, we move to a completely new dashboard, losing the navigation and the possibility to come back to the full organisation

• sometimes clicking on element like Wikipedia Categories create a refinement of the dashboard visible on the navigation bar, sometimes it has another logic like removing the element in the widget / user should be informed about the expected action when clicking on something (hover info for instance)
