Add CI/CD #1
Description
Use some CI/CD tools to run tests and test building artifacts
Update: added codemagic but still need to do the following
- Add the build badge (didn't figure out how to do that yet, things changed a little that they're used to be)
- Add test coverage reports badge
- Make sure it works on PRs
