Have a conversation with user to get user intent for research

Right now, I am using the keyword itself for search.

This is not very useful with the user doesn't add a good instruction.

So, it is better to have a conversation with the user so that I can get the intent of the user.

This will help in two places:

1. generating more relevant search terms
2. give a clear instruction to summary and report agent
