Increase fluorescence options #39
Description
In the FlyPi publication we showed the system works for certain types of fluorescence samples/assays.
A very nice enhancement would be to extend the fluorescence library, so that the device can be used for different experiments/protocols.
This will most likely involve playing around with:
- different LEDs (different wavelengths and power).
- different light filters (different shades, different combinations of emission and excitation filters).
- different cameras (maybe using true BW cameras will give a better sensitivity to pick up fluorescence).
