Add fova landing page for GitHub Pages

A single self-contained index.html — no build step, no dependencies.
Uses the TUI design tokens verbatim from internal/tui/theme.go
(forest #0d1f15 · sand #d4cfc0 · moss #7fc14a · saffron #EF9F27),
the folded-F brand mark, and the ▸ ⠿ ✓ status glyphs.

Sections: hero with an animated terminal pipeline and a self-drawing
folded-F mark, the "free by default" statement, the four-step loop,
six principle cards, the orchestrated-tools grid, an install section
with curl/brew snippets and five platform download cards, and a
viewport-scale wordmark closer. Links to the GitHub repo and releases
throughout. Smooth scroll, scroll-reveal, and full reduced-motion
support.
