Home Message: add two columns: TO_DEL and FROM_DEL

If it was deleted by the sender, the TO_DEL is set to true;
If it was deleted by the receiver, the FROM_DEL is set to true.

Both columns are deleted, then this record can be deleted later on.

Use HttpPatch instead of HttpPut is much safer.
