Consider ways we could use video content from platforms such as youtube in our content on the website.
Why
We previously added an embed card component, as well as campaign cookie consent, to the design system day 2024 day 1 page. With #5193 this page was removed, along with the need for this component and functionality. We removed this in #5196 in the interest of code hygine.
However embedded youtube videos have been something we've discussed before eg: as a means to deliver learning content or recorded talks. We could revive this component and functionality therefore if we find possible uses for it.
We should also include improvements that were started in #4503.
