Nov 1 Update

Hi everyone!
This will be a brief update on the current status of the bot.

1. @Berkmann18 and I both emailed Jake to see if we can get access to the DNS for allcontributors.org (or at least redirect it to GitHub Pages).
2. I created an issue with a call for maintainers. And a message below that we can share with our communities. Please share widely. Let's see if we can get some additional help maintaining the bot! (see message below about this)
3. We are also working on a merge PR policy, which I think we will be able to merge soon!! Thanks to @JimMadge @JoshuaKGoldberg
4. We have onboarded @JoshuaKGoldberg as a new maintainer!! Yay!!
5. Netlify is set up right now - we have an open source team plan that we can add any maintainers to, thanks to @JimMadge and @da5nsy
6. I need to check in on translations to see where we can help there!! @flpm if you happen to see this, how can we help? Do you think we should find a few others to contribute there as well, so it's not all on you? 💖

I think we really need a few people who can actively contribute to the work here over the next year! So that should be our priority! There is a lot to do. Please share the message below in any Slack' discords, etc, that you are in where there might be JS-minded people who want to help! We could also use help triaging issues and updating documentation as well.

The all-contributors bot maintainer team needs to expand to support our widely used bot. The bot allows you to easily add contributors to your project README, recognizing all types of contributions.

@lwasser and all, I've been a bit busy with work the last few weeks but I have not forgotten about the translations. I have the bits and pieces figured out and prototypes so it's just a question of putting it all together and testing.

I should have more time these upcoming weeks, so I hope to start putting some PRs soon!

And congrats @lwasser on becoming a fellow of the Python Software Foundation!
