Add delete methods use cases (File & Project deletion)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I might want to delete files and project one day if these are useless. It is a pain to do these things manually when using the filesystem infra repositories. It will be impossible/very hard to do it easily when we have remote integrations such as DB/GIt/Etc. Now is the best moment to add and support these new domain use cases.

1. Delete a File
2. Delete a project with all of its files
