Bootstrap download counter on Windows installer shows negative percentage #42

Describe the bug
The percentage counter during the bootstrap download shows negative values and counts into the wrong direction. Seems to be this issue: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=381592
To Reproduce
Start the Windows installer and choose Bootstrap option.
Expected behavior
Proper download counter percentage.
