Bootstrapping on Windows installer not working anymore #41

Describe the bug
The installer downloads the Bootstrap archive but fails with "Error opening ZIP file"
To Reproduce
Start the installer and use bootstrap option
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Win10 Pro
- Wallet version: 4.4.0
