video in the readme unrated

it's a small thing, but the video in the readme is unreated and vimeo now requires a login for age verification. Maybe you can get it rated for all audiences, so it's publicly accessible?

Wow I had no idea. It is a very old video anyway and not super useful. Perhaps I should do a better/newer one that helps explain what this plugin does
