Bad window height when showing report

Hello, I'm trying this plugin it does what it says, and that's great!, however I'm having a weird (and annoying) behaviour when running :Coveragepy report the report opens up fitting all the available height in vim and my actual code window is reduced to only one line height, let me show you what I mean:

Is there some option to set to fix the report window height?

sorry about that! I thought I had something in this for it but I just looked and it is not configured. Will have it fixed soon though!

@zzantares would you mind trying out the branch max-window-height that has this commit: 5a665a3 and see if that makes it better?

I've tried and it looks better on the half:

Will be nice to have the same height that Vim-CtrlP and Vim-
Dispatch uses:

However I'm happy with this fix.

Not related but also makes sense to have the report buffer to be readonly, right now it let's you edit the buffer.

I just chose an arbitrary number :)

Not sure what Ctrl-P uses, but I think the correct fix here is to allow the user to configure it (max_preview_size) and to probably use a percentage of the screen?

For the readonly change, would you be so kind and open a separate issue? Thanks!
