feature: manage Volume error on create order response

With a Sell Market order of 5XRP over GBP I receive this error:

{"error":["EGeneral:Invalid arguments:volume"]}
```

The API is raising an error instead of providing a respnnse with valid message.
With 10 XRP it fails. With 15 XRP it passes.
