This looks good to me and the outputs look like they align well.
Add a script which test some of the different reprojection options using gdalwarp at the commandline

This PR adds a crude collection of scripts that picks out the key parts of the repo, required to prepare the CPM and HADs data prior to applying the debiasing methods.
