How many lists and tasks do you have?

Are your lists rather flat or do you nest tasks regularly and/or deeply? (e.g. task -> subtask 1,2,3 -> subtask 1,2 -> subtask 1,2,3,4,5)

Version number of Planify?

Please look at the sidebar with the lists in Planify. I've multiple lists, and a list with about 100 tasks may take from 0.5 to 2 secs to sync. Finally, it should pause for some minutes (configurable in the settings). The duration of the sync process may be longer when the server cannot answer the requests fast enough. Do you have caching set up correctly? Is your instance not slow when browsing it? It could be related to your database setup.

Can you provide some access and error logs from your server? You might want to remove all lines not related to Planify's syncing process.

I hope that helps in debugging this situation.

To get the version number of Planify, click the hamburger menu and then "about".

Your number of tasks should not be a problem at all.

How long do the spinners aside the lists in the sidebar circle around? There's one for the whole sync and one for each list.

Have you tried to remove the connection to your Nextcloud instance and reconnect again?

Is your Nextcloud instance not slow when browsing it?

Have you tried running Planify from the command line? Perhaps it shows something interesting.
