Multiline insert

Again, thanks for this great plugin!

I was hoping I'd be able to use shift-i in visual mode for multi line insert, but this doesn't seem to work. Would you please consider adding this feature? This would help get around #222 to some extent, and I find generally useful in other situations as well.
