We are still waiting on the pseudocode, so only @norvig can give the go-ahead.

Is there a pseudoode for cross validation ? If not, I am willing to commit.

@CharuChhimpa: There is pseudocode, but it is a bit limited. This is a discussion on how it can be improved.
