[Suggestion] GIF support (For Nitro users)

The title say everything.
The output would use .gif with the animated user's avatar, text will stay static.

However, I don't know if it can be added to the cog.

I have done some work on this but more needs to be done regarding GIF compression or discarding similar background images. For example one resultant file with a 50-frame pfp turned out to be 12MB, which is unacceptable. I am letting you know the status of your request because sometimes they can take me year(s) to implement.
