PROBLEM WITH CW MACRO WITHOUT CWX OPEN

I WANTED TO REPORT A PROBLEM
CW macros (F1-F2- etc.) can no longer be transmitted unless you enter the CW menu, which is inconvenient in contests and pileups. I remember that the problem was solved in previous versions, but with this latest version it has returned.
