[Feature request] Enable templating or show entity values in notifications

First of all, thanks for this great addon.

I'd like to be able to customize the notifications with a template, or add entity values, so that the text can show current values instead of a generic message. For example, I'd love to set up a "Too high energy consumption" notification that actually shows the current energy consumption.
