Non OCI Helm Chart

Is there a public chart available (https) for the controller and set-runners? It seems the OCI URL requires a GH token. I am using terraform to install the helm charts, but it fails due to not authenticating.

I think I figured it out. I guess helm pull and TF/helm_release do different things (or more likely I just don't know how they work).

helm pull oci://ghcr.io/actions/actions-runner-controller-charts/gha-runner-scale-set-controller (ok)

for helm_release (seems ok - I was using above oci url)

  chart = "gha-runner-scale-set-controller"
  chart_version    = "0.10.1"
