No Helm chart 0.19 Github release for ARC 0.24

Looking at https://github.com/actions-runner-controller/actions-runner-controller/releases the latest release of the Helm chart is https://github.com/actions-runner-controller/actions-runner-controller/releases/tag/actions-runner-controller-0.18.0

The release notes of ARC 0.24 mention In case you're using our Helm chart to deploy ARC, use the chart 0.19.0 or greater. but there is no such Github release of the Helm chart. Am I missing something? Did the upgrade procedure change?
