Readme.md is missing platform information.

Since no platform requirements are mentioned I assume this is app only runs on Windows. The first thing anyone searching github will want to know is whether this tool will run on their box. It would be helpful if this information was easy to find. You could also attach the relevant info (platform, language) to the project github profile. Those properties are searchable which is a great convenience.
