Bug: Mobile view. Expandable "Follow" button and MathJax rendering

In mobile view of the website (phone or narrow desktop browser) author's links are hidden under expandable "Follow" button (which looks very nice!). However, when text under the expanded button contains MathJax subscript, then subscript is rendered on top of expanded "Follow" button.

I understand that this is a very minor problem, which probably does not worth the effort of investigating, but I decided to report it in case there is a simple solution, like changing the order of rendering of MathJax and "Follow" button.

Most likely this is an issue with the z-index. Definitely something to fix, but will be delayed a bit given how busy this time of year is.

Tested on Brave, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (iOS) and it appears that this issue has been resolved.
