Support multiple Profiles for signature logo/language/note

Hi,

currently it's a bit cumbersome switching between singing as company, person and association and for different countries.

It would be awesome if at least sig logo/language/note could be made into a "profile" where multiple could be created and with a quick chooser option (dialog, with the last used as default) which profile to use for the signature.
