Config is not on persistent storage #14

The configs for paperwork are in /var/www/paperwork/frontend/app/config

While you link the database.php file to the /config for persistent storage you do not link the app.php or the mail.php. I need to edit both to finish setting up the environment. The mail.php to configure my mail relay and the app.php to turn off user signup.
