Better default settings for Ganymede: enable Live Playback + Autoplay, clarify HLS/rewind, add optional “no password”, and fix language saving

Expected Behavior

Hi team,

thank you for this project. It is already very good. I am sharing these ideas with respect,
because small changes could make the first-time experience much better.

Goal:
Better default settings in Gemini, fewer clicks, and clearer UX.

Requests:

• Enable "Live Playback" by default.
  Reason: It makes a huge difference. New users should see the best experience immediately
  without needing to restart or re-test.

• Autoplay when opening a video/stream (like YouTube/Twitch).
  Reason: When I click a video, it should start after a short buffer. One less click improves UX.

• Make rewind/seeking easier to discover and clarify the HLS setting.
  Notes:

  • Rewind is a strong feature (Twitch does not allow this).
  • Currently this is hidden behind "Save as HLS instead of MP4".
    Suggestions:
  • If safe/stable, consider enabling HLS by default.
  • Or rename/describe it more clearly, e.g. "Use HLS (TS) for Live Playback + Rewind".
  • Please explain in the UI that rewind requires HLS/TS (if that is the case).

• Add an optional setting: allow access without a password (NOT as default).
  Use case: family usage on the same web UI in a private network. External access is only via VPN.
  Today everyone uses the admin password, which is okay for us, but skipping the login would be nicer.

• Possible bug: language preference is not always saved.
  I am not 100% sure yet, but it feels like the selected language sometimes resets.
  I had to set my language multiple times.

Why this matters:
Better first impression, fewer unnecessary clicks, and powerful features (like rewind) are easier to find.
