VOD not playing on safari

Expected Behavior

Hello,

When I try to play a video on Safari, it doesn't start. As you can see on the screenshot, I clicked to play the video, but it doesn't start. I don't have this problem on Firefox; everything works fine there.

Same on safari on IOS :

1. Go to your ganymede instances on safari
2. Try to play a video

I don't have any Apple devices so I can't help too much.
Can you post the video info from the Video Menu > Info? I want to see the ffprobe data.

Here is the information about the video. Please note that this happens with all videos played on Safari. By default, Ganymede is behind a Traefik. I tried to bypass it by going directly to the instance's IP address, but got the same result. Do you have any ideas for debugging?

It looks like a normal mp4 so I'm not sure why safari isn't playing it.
Can you try accessing the MP4 directly in safari by going to https://ganymede.domain.com/data/videos/mrsal_59/2026-01-29-315819876964-live-da3ac737-fd50-11f0-b3f7-0242ac1e0003/315819876964-video.mp4, replacing the url with your instance?

I have the latest and most up-to-date version everywhere. MP4 doesn't work for me in the Safari browser either.

It works in the Chrome browser.
I use HLS or something like that to make live streaming work. If you switch to MP4, is it possible that live streaming will no longer work?
