When I run from motoko subdir of join-proxy, I get the following error:

$  mops publish
Publishing [email protected]
Generating documentation...
Parsing CHANGELOG.md...
CHANGELOG.md not found
Fetching release notes from GitHub...
No GitHub release found with name 1.0.0 or v1.0.0
Running tests...
No test files found
Put your tests in 'test' directory in *.test.mo files
Uploading files [:         ]
Error: Repository verification failed: Response status 404
