I use mendeley on windows 10, and this seems to solve my problem. but as soon as I downloaded it and run on my database it says "file is encrypted or is not a database" even after I replaced sqlite3.dll with latest one. Since it hasn't been updated for a long, I suspect that the issue nested in some incompatibility between your Menotexport and current version of mendeley. Could you make sure if it works with latest version's of mendeley to know better what could be the root of cause?
