Better source for FC2?

Just tested the current FC2 source, and it seems like many videos can't find a match.

Found this one https://fc2ppvdb.com/ although it still can't find all the video, but seems to contain better result than the current source. Should we consider switch to this one instead?

This feature was added by @TVrepairman444 , kindly ask them if it is possible to change the source.

I rewrote this but with some other changes in main init script since the image preview will always return 403 from fc2db and causing termination of the meta update. If @TVrepairman444 wants to update this, please let me know so I can share the changes I made.

I see there's been a refactor. It's been a long time since I've touched this plugin, since it basically works for me relatively flawlessly. Sorry for not noticing this issue earlier!

Please feel free to modify or improve the FC2 agent I built. It definitely should not stop completely if a lookup fails. Adding another agent that can find FC2 things would also be nice. Mine uses the real FC2 API, but unfortunately many FC2 videos get removed from their site very quickly.
