[Website] Clicking around wp-admin with WordPress 7.0 RC1 leads to render slowness #3436

It takes a lot of clicking around on my Macbook Pro, but in latest Chrome, clicking around the WordPress 7.0 RC1 in the Playground website leads to rendering slowness. An admin screen appears blank but eventually renders. Then subsequent clicks to other pages in the admin menu lead to slowly rendering the next page.

Here is a video. The rendering issues appear near the 0:48 mark.

Note: There is an "Unlock 1Password" overlay that is apparently stuck in the middle of the video. That happens sometimes in other pages and seems like a 1Password extension bug rather than a clue for this case. But maybe it's possible it could be a symptom of the underlying issue. I don't plan to consider that for now, but it would be good not to conclusively assume they are unrelated.
