gptcelltype function error

Hello, when I run getcelltype, I get an error message like curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle):
Timeout was reached [api.openai.com]: Failed to connect to api.openai.com port 443 after 10009 ms: Timeout was reached. I have set up my personal API_KEY before this. Is this a network problem or something else
