There's this unknown 4 byte sequence at the start of forecast entries, but I don't know what it does. Comparing to Nintendo's files, this had values on a couple cities.
1 - Panama City - Florida - United States
1 - Pensacola - Florida - United States
1 - Coeur d'Alene - Idaho - United States
5 - Evansville - Indiana - United States
5 - Gary - Indiana - United States
5 - Bowling Green - Kentucky - United States
1 - Salem - Oregon - United States
1 - Bend - Oregon - United States
1 - Medford - Oregon - United States
1 - Portland - Oregon - United States
5 - El Paso - Texas - United States
5 - Brasília - Distrito Federal - Brazil
4 - Nuuk - Greenland - Denmark
1 - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Far Eastern Federal District - Russia
4 - Palikir - - Micronesia```
This is set to 255 on Japan versions. This value does not affect the weather information displayed. I haven't checked other files to see if they're different. I thought that it could be relating to the zoom feature, but it isn't. I remember years ago changing the location codes in the file landed my city to be Bowling Green instead of prompting me to pick a new city. Maybe this is some sort of ID that detects if there's a revision to the location? It's driving me nuts.
