Assets section not expanded automatically for pre-release

Differently then it is the case for releases, the assets section is not automatically expanded for pre-releases. This may be confusing to users who may stumble on the page looking for binaries and they cannot see them. I would suggest to either document this a bit more at the beginning of the description section or convert the pre-release to a release.
