Support dynamically selecting a host per tool call

We have multiple victoria metrics hosts, it would be nice if only a single MCP is needed in order to send tool calls off to a different host. Could be done as optional parameters on the tool call itself, or since in our case we use streamable-http a header would suffice

I'm not sure that specifying target host dynamically is safe enough.
I think the routing to the correct host is responsibility a tool like vmauth, not MCP. It will be possible with solution like i suggested there. If this doesn't suit you, could you tell us more about this case?
