TMPE will not apply my last settings to the game

TMPE will not apply my last settings to the game. Every time I start the game, it'll restore the settings to defaults, include the traffic lights settings, lane connection settings, lane settings, etc.

I'm using the latest full series game dlcs.

As for not applying last settings, that is usually caused by having more than one version of TM:PE subscribed (even if other version is disabled). If that is the case, completely unsubscribe other versions and restart Cities.exe to flush other versions from RAM.

It can also be caused by conflicting mods or broken save game. If you still have troubles, please upload your logs (output_log.txt and TMPE.log) and savegame as described here: https://github.com/krzychu124/Cities-Skylines-Traffic-Manager-President-Edition/wiki/Report-a-Bug
