Keep a log of all changes made to badges

XF-Badges should provide additional logs for the following:

When a badge is created/changed/removed (ACP)
When a category is created/changed/removed (ACP)
When the sort order is changed (ACP)
When a badge is assigned/removed from a user
When a user features or un-features a badge
