I'm planning to fork this project and build an actual implementation
based on your conceptual design (Python + FastAPI + Redis + QLoRA).

Your architecture has no survival layer.
If you disappear, the project disappears with it.

I built something similar before — a P2P network where
anyone can spin up a node, nodes find each other automatically,
data lives locally on each node.
No central point. No single owner. It runs without me.

ASAN could work the same way.
Specialists as distributed nodes.
Directory as a shared P2P registry.
No single runtime that can die.

Just an idea — you can take it or leave it.
If you're not interested, no problem —
I'll continue building without this layer.

P2P is not an add-on. It's the missing piece.

ASAN describes agents that birth, die, find each other,
survive failures. That's literally a P2P network —
you just didn't call it that.

Right now:

• Directory = single Redis = single point of failure
• Runtime = one process = dies with the server

With P2P:

• Directory becomes a distributed registry (DHT)
• Any node can be an entry point
• Specialists live on different machines
• Network survives without any single owner

Your own words — "self-sustaining", "emergent intelligence".
P2P is what makes that real, not theoretical.

Key difference from your architecture:

Your ASAN focuses on agent-level autopoiesis (specialist birth, RAM principle, governed cascades).

SynapseNetAI implements infrastructure-level autopoiesis — the network self-heals without central coordination:

P2P data replication: All nodes store data locally (Redis/SQLite/Postgres). If one VPS dies, network continues.

Port distribution: Load spreads across community nodes automatically. No single bottleneck.

Transport health tracking: Routes fail over to healthy specialists when degraded (SLO-based penalties).

Admission control: Rejects work when queue saturation or transport failures exceed thresholds.

Distributed scheduler: Lease-based task claiming with preemption + stale takeover across competing runtimes.

Current status:

C++ consensus layer (PoE with validator selection, slashing, finality)

Python runtime with ~60 production features (scheduler, admission, transport registry, queue pressure feedback)
