Switch to "dep" for dependencies (vendor) #18

Since this is a "best practice" example I suggest switching to Dep (the semi-official vendoring app) instead of Govendor. Cheers!

@dstroot Thanks for the suggestion, we'll look into it.

We had originally selected govendor as it was the example for Heroku.
