"The Humanness Index™" name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of Vapi, Inc. They are NOT licensed under Apache-2.0 or any other license in this repository.
If you fork or redeploy this code, you must rename your deployment and remove the Humanness Index™ branding. You may state truthfully that your project is derived from The Humanness Index™, but you may not present your deployment as the Humanness Index™, and you may not use the name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with Vapi.
The benchmark's audio (the cloned source voices and the generated clips served from our audio origin) derives from licensed talent recordings. It is proprietary, all rights reserved, and served from our storage for the benchmark UI only. It is not part of this repository, not covered by the code license, and not redistributable. Do not scrape, rehost, or use the clips to train models.
The leaderboard standings (Elo, win/loss/tie counts, vote totals) published by the public API are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Attribute "The Humanness Index™ by Vapi" with a link to the site.
Provider logomarks under public/marks/ are the property of their
respective owners (ElevenLabs, Cartesia, xAI, MiniMax, Gradium, Canopy
Labs, Inworld, Smallest.ai, Neuphonic, and others as added). They are used
nominatively to identify the providers whose models the benchmark measures,
and no endorsement is implied. If you are a rights holder and want a mark
updated or removed, contact humannessindex@vapi.ai.
