Empty digest in latest release

The digest of the latest release is empty for:

https://api.github.com/repos/VSCodeVim/vim/releases/latest

I'm not sure if it's the cause but the used github action to upload the release has been archived for over 4 years.

I wouldn't recommend to use a third party github action for this, I'd suggest to use the github cli (gh) from the github action workflow to create and upload the release.
