IPyKernel might need additional Python packages after a little while

After running for a minute or so, the ipykernel seems to do some cleanup, during which it imports new packages. Those might not have been packed during the initial trace.

Might be a matter of tweaking some kernel config settings from `reprozip_jupyter.trace`.
