Troubleshooting

This section describes known issues that may occur while the system is running.

  • A device (or all devices) do not appear on available devices widget
    • First of check if any physical connection is hanging. Specifically, ensure that the devices are connected to the Intel NUCs, and that the Intel NUCs and the workstation PC are connected to the Network Switch.
    • If every connection is ok, you should check if each Intel NUC's power management options are set as described here.
    • If the power options are set as described, then you should connect the Intel RealSense device(s) to a different USB 3.0 port.
    • Finally, if the steps above didn't resolve the issue, you should restart the Intel NUC(s).
