Key Features :
- Inbox , Transactions , Requests
- Filter option (By Date , Amount , Priority )
- Inbox would consist of latest comments , Issue reposts , Authority Response/Issue Resolution
- Transactions would consist of Amount , userID as per prototype
- Requests section must be for authorities only
