Announcing new Governing Council member and updated structure

The UCP Governing Council, the body responsible for the overall health and adoption of the protocol, is pleased to announce that Stripe is joining UCP Governing Council as the newest member. Stripe joins existing permanent members Google and Shopify, and will help support UCP’s growth and scale.

Additionally, the Governing Council structure is being updated to add 2 more elected open seats for future nominations.
