GameObject Brush paint incorrect position when Cell.Position.y < 0 #352

EditorVersion: 2020.3.33f1 / 2021.3.8f1
Brush Anchor is (0.5, 0.5, 0,5). It works fine when anchor is (0,0,0), or cell position.y >= 0.
