From f5f313b235b4b9bf76c1353514626eb3bd8649d4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Steven Maillet Date: Fri, 31 Oct 2025 13:36:31 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Remove dependabot NuGet config support. * Sadly GitHub's dependabot configuration assumes a very specific workflow can build the targets. But that's not possible in this repo. It requires use of the PoiweShell build scripts. There is no way I know of to configure the build actions for dependabot support. It's basically borked with far too limited functionality to be useable in this real-world case. --- .github/dependabot.yml | 11 ----------- 1 file changed, 11 deletions(-) delete mode 100644 .github/dependabot.yml diff --git a/.github/dependabot.yml b/.github/dependabot.yml deleted file mode 100644 index a6979dc..0000000 --- a/.github/dependabot.yml +++ /dev/null @@ -1,11 +0,0 @@ -# To get started with Dependabot version updates, you'll need to specify which -# package ecosystems to update and where the package manifests are located. -# Please see the documentation for all configuration options: -# https://docs.github.com/code-security/dependabot/dependabot-version-updates/configuration-options-for-the-dependabot.yml-file - -version: 2 -updates: - - package-ecosystem: "NuGet" # See documentation for possible values - directory: "/" # Location of package manifests, sadly docs are silent on the definition of "package manifests" in this context... - schedule: - interval: "weekly"
